SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS: When you provide your mobile number and separately choose to opt in through our SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, Elevate Wellness Club may send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer-service replies, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact elevatewellnessclubs@gmail.com. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not required to purchase services. We do not sell, rent, share, or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this data only to deliver our services, not for their own marketing. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS: By providing your email and opting in, you consent to receive marketing and transactional emails from us. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link; click it to stop future marketing emails. Transactional emails (appointment confirmations, account notices) may still be sent.
